Healthy Music is operated by Inthevisual. We offer (a) creator digital products (tracks, videos, producer kits, and optional merch) and (b) an NFT app license available only through Apple In-App Purchase.
Digital files are accessible immediately after checkout, so all sales are final. If a file is corrupted or fails to download, contact us within 7 days and we’ll re-deliver a valid copy or assist case-by-case. These non-NFT purchases may be processed by Stripe.
The NFT is purchased exclusively via Apple In-App Purchase. Stripe is not used for NFT sales. Refunds for the NFT are handled by Apple per App Store policies. If you did not receive access after purchase, contact support and we’ll help you get re-delivery.
If a creator sells physical merchandise, shipping/returns are handled by that creator or their vendor. We can assist with communication.
