1. Agreement

By using Healthy Music App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The Service

Healthy Music App enables users to purchase and download digital content (e.g., audio, video, ZIP kits, PDFs) and view NFT-related tiers and licenses.

3. Purchases & Billing

Digital purchases inside the iOS app are processed via Apple In‑App Purchase. Apple’s terms may also apply.
Physical merchandise may be fulfilled by third parties (e.g., Shopify). Their terms and policies apply to those orders.
All sales are final except as required by applicable law or Apple’s refund policies.

4. License to Content

Digital items are licensed, not sold. License scope is described in the item’s details or NFT tier. You may not redistribute content beyond the license terms.

5. Creator Responsibilities

You must have the rights to the content you upload.
You agree not to upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content.

6. Prohibited Conduct

No reverse engineering, scraping, or unauthorized access.
No infringement, malware, harassment, or unlawful activity.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations. You may delete your account at any time in the app.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, United States unless local law requires otherwise.
